Vice President Sara Duterte remained as the top choice for president in the 2028 elections, according to the latest Pulse Asia Ulat ng Bayan survey conducted from June 28 to July 3, 2026.
The nationwide survey showed Duterte receiving 49% of voter preference when respondents were asked whom they would vote for if the May 2028 presidential elections were held today.
Former Vice President and now Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo ranked second with 26%, while Senator Raffy Tulfo placed third with 14%.
Duterte posted her strongest numbers in Mindanao, where she garnered 87% support, followed by the Visayas with 53%. She also led in the National Capital Region with 39% and Balance Luzon with 31%.
Across socioeconomic groups, Duterte obtained 46% support from Class ABC, 48% from Class D, and 59% from Class E respondents.
Robredo’s support was strongest in NCR at 38%, followed by Balance Luzon at 31%, Visayas at 27%, and Mindanao at 8%.
Tulfo performed best in Balance Luzon with 20%, followed by NCR at 16%, Visayas at 10%, and Mindanao at 2%.
Other personalities included in the survey registered minimal support, with Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon and Baguio City Mayor Benjie Magalong each receiving 1%, while Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) general manager Nicolas Torre III recorded 0.1%.
The survey also found that 10% of respondents were either undecided, refused to answer, or said they would vote for none of the listed candidates.
Pulse Asia said the survey was conducted through face-to-face interviews with 2,400 representative Filipino adults nationwide. It has a ±2 percentage point margin of error at the 95% confidence level.
