Leading property developer Camella is blazing the trail for a new property development concept called “Camella Lifestyle.”
With that in mind, Camella laced its launching of the P500 million Camella Davao project with some add-ons that make for the theme “Camella Lifestyle.”
Camella Davao, the new township project of Camella located in Communal in Buhangin District, is touted to be the Villar-owned firm’s most ambitious project by far in Davao City.
The show entitled “A Showcase of Camella Lifestyle” marked the official launch at the SMX Convention Center in SM Lanang Premier recently.
An exhibit showcased the model homes and charming lifestyle of all Camella communities in Southern Mindanao. Camella also held an interior design symposium titled “Beyond the Box: Contemporary Design for Small Spaces” and featured Davao photographer Jojie Alcantara conducted a photography workshop.
Camella provided more learning sessions that were opened to the public such as a landscape symposium, culinary demo, and a fashion show of the latest trends. On the side, the young ones were treated to a clown performance, face painting, and fun games, while their parents checked out the exquisite homes of Camella communities in Davao, Tagum, and General Santos.
Officers of Camella led by no less than the founder of the real estate giant, Sen. Manny Villar, Camella president Jerylle Luz Quismundo, Camella SouthMin Cluster Head Marlon Nino Escalicas, and NorthMin Cluster Head Emy Lustado graced the lavish event.
Camella established its presence in Davao City felt in the mid-1990s with the opening of Solariega, a Caribbean-inspired, master planned subdivision equipped with upscale facilities and amenities.
It was followed by 22-hectare landscaped Toscana in Bago Gallera and the ongoing Camella Northpoint, a British colonial themed condo development along J.P. Laurel Avenue and the Mediterranean-themed Cerritos in Mintal.
Camella Communities has also put up residential projects in Tagum City, Cagayan de Oro City, General Santos City and Butuan City and Pagadian City. The company is set to formally launch a ten-hectare project in Marbel, South Cotabato.
