In a two-day exhibit presenting its various masterplanned projects, Camella showcases its expanding reach in Southern Mindanao.
The exhibit, dubbed “A Showcase of Camella Lifestyle”, will be held on April 6-7, 2013, at the SMX Convention Center Hall 3, SM Lanang Premier in Lanang, Davao City.
The exhibit will depict the charming and vibrant lifestyle of existing communities built by Camella such as Solariega, Toscana, Camella Cerritos, Camella Tagum, Camella General Santos, and Camella Northpoint, as well as its upcoming developments in Communal in Davao City and in Marbel, South Cotabato.
It will feature mockups of actual home designs for viewing and will offer packages with big discounts and easy financing terms. Reservation fee for homebuyers will also be reduced and exciting freebies await homebuyers.
All these will be highlighted by the grand launch of Camella’s latest development in the city, Camella Davao, in a lavish program at six in the evening.
Adding more excitement are various activities that will be open to the public featuring Davao’s renowned personalities such as artist Vic Secuya for the art workshop and contest, and photographers Jojie Alcantara and Rhonson Ng for the photography workshop and contest, both on April 6.
These shall be followed by a symposium on interior design titled “Beyond the Box: Contemporary Design for Small Spaces”. The second day will also be eventful with the art and photography exhibit, a landscape symposium, culinary demo, and a fashion show of the latest trends.
Since Camella’s first project in Davao 17 years ago, the masterplanned developer has remained strong to its goal of intensifying its presence with six masterplanned developments in Davao, Tagum, and General Santos City.
“True to our mission of dominating the industry, we are further broadening our reach with a new project in Davao that will be launched this Saturday evening, and yet another in South Cotabato very soon,”said Marlon B Escalicas, Camella SouthMin GM.
Camella is a subsidiary of the largest homebuilder in the country, Vista Land & Lifescapes. Vista Land understands it is the ultimate dream of every Filipino to own a home, thus making it its vision to build a home for every Filipino.
Fulfilling this goal has made Vista Land the leader in Philippine residential real estate development as revealed in a 2011 study of Colliers International Research. In that year alone, Vista Land built a total of 18,422 houses, houses and lots and sold out condominiums. It is no wonder then it is the market leader in real estate development.
