Marco Polo lady GM vows excellent service

The Marco Polo Davao has introduced not only its first lady general manager but also the first Filipino named to the position in Dottie Wurgler Cronin.
Cronin was introduced during the regular Club 888 forum yesterday at the Marco Polo Davao’s Eagles Bar, where she discussed heir thrust for the hotel under her administration.
“You know we are in the hospitality industry. We will really ensure that the excellent service will be delivered to the guests as promised,” said Cronin, who is only in her 13thday day yesterday as general manager.
Cronin used to be the general manager of Alegre Beach Resort and Spa in Cebu City before her transfer here in Davao.
She wants to maintain Marco Polo Davao’s tag as the premier hotel in this part of the land aside from ensuring to keep their excellent service to patrons.
“The guests will feel the value of what they are paying for,” Cronin said.
