Aeon Luxe Properties recently released the recent construction update for their signature project Aeon Towers.
The Davao-based Aeon Luxe Properties released last week the latest construction update by its construction arm I.A. Campbell Associates showing the project accomplishment of the 33-level residential-commercial tower along J.P. Laurel Avenue in Davao City.
The updates were segregated as Condominium and Hotel sections.
For the condo sector, the mechanical works is now at 95.15 percent while the hotel sector is at 59.55 percent.
The electricals are at 91.23% for the condominium and 26.56% for the hotel.
The rest of the developments for the condo sector are auxiliary and alarm systems 59.84%, plumbing and sanitary 92.03%, fire protection 98.17%, architectural 71.54%, elevator 85% and curtain wall 83.11%. For the hotel sector, auxiliary and alarm systems 14.10%, plumbing and sanitary 38.55%, fire protection 79.99%, architectural 34.40%, elevator 75% and curtain wall 61%.
The building, poised to become the first tallest skyscraper in all of Mindanao, is expected to turnover next year.
