CebPac offers P29 flights on 29th year

Cebu Pacific is offering P29 flights for its 29th anniversary.

In a statement, the budget carrier said all domestic and international destinations would be on sale for as low as P29 one-way base fare from March 6 to 11.

Those who buy these tickets can travel anytime from July to November 30.

Cebu Pacific flew its maiden flight from Manila to Cebu on March 8, 1996. Since then, the low-cost airline has flown over 250 million passengers. At present, it flies to 37 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.

In 2024, Cebu Pacific signed a landmark deal to buy 152 airplanes valued at $24 billion or P1.4 trillion with Airbus and Pratt & Whitney.

The agreement is considered the biggest of its kind in Philippine aviation history.

The budget airline also bought boutique airline AirSWIFT for P1.7 billion.

Cebu Pacific announced its new routes to Sapporo this year.

By March 30, Cebu Pacific is moving some flights from Manila to Clark, in line with the government’s directive to move turboprop plane flights to Clark International Airport or other secondary airports to decongest the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

Cebu Pacific’s net income doubled in the first quarter of2 024 amid strong travel demand.
