EECOP: Touching more lives

It was another time to reach out to more communities and what better time it is than right before Christmas.

The Emilio Escandor Community Outreach Program spearheaded by the Royal Mandaya Hotel conducted two more community outreach programs to cap a year of gift-giving.

On December 22, the EECOP TRMH team provided feeding, livelihood, education and health services at the Archdiocesan Nourishment Center (ANC) in honor of Blessed Theresa of Calcutta.

The ANC is a project of Archdiocese Council of Lay and Integrated Movements (ACLaIM) which started three years ago on May 19, 2014. The mission was made possible with the support of Monsignor Paul Quizon, Spiritual Director of ACLaIM.

Some 200 children aged 3 to 13 years old were the beneficiaries of EECOP at the ANC.

EECOP TRMH conducted feeding program (lunch and dinner) covering beneficiaries from four barangays as well as education services, livelihood program for parents with 47 attendees, and medical services.

For its second mission of the day, TRMH EECOP conducted another program at the Missionaries of Charity in Agdao.

TRMH EECOP  was joined by the Royal Mandaya Employees Credit Cooperative (RoMECCo)  team in the feeding program and gift-giving to 53 elderly beneficiaries.
