DA-PRDP ROAD. Department of Agriculture 11 OIC- regional director Ricardo Oñate was joined by Davao del Sur Governor Douglas Cagas (Center) and Magsaysay Mayor Arthur Davain (Left) in the ground breaking ceremony of the P140-M PRDP farm-to-market road project in Magsaysay, Davao del Sur. The 12-kilometer FMR will be funded under DA’s Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and is expected to benefit the development of priority commodities in the province particularly rice, cacao, and coconut, among others.
