FIRST WINNER
Jollibee Foods Corporation President and CEO, Tony Tan Caktiong, was the first Entrepreneur of the Year Philippines winner who went on to win the 2004 World Entrepreneur Of The Year award in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

EOY Philippines has also found numerous entrepreneurs from the Mindanao region. The Entrepreneur of the Year Philippines 2019 is open to all Filipino entrepreneurs. To qualify, a nominee must be a Filipino business owner or founder who is primarily responsible for the growth of his or her company.
Nominee must still be active in business, which must have been in operation for at least two years.
A completed nomination form, audited financial statements, and other business documents are also required.
