MOVE over ZTE whistle-blower Joey de Venecia. Here comes Robin, a.k.a “koala bear”.
Robin, camouflaged by a mask that made him resemble a koala bear (in the eyes of Teddyboy Locsin), surfaced last week claiming that there was massive electronic vote-shaving and vote-padding involving the presidential and vice presidential candidates.
The masked man said the fraud operators got 1.4 billion pesos from Mayor Binay and an undisclosed amount from Mar Roxas. He further claimed that the votes for Villar, Teodoro and Villanueva were shaved and credited to Aquino.
Robin also disclosed that the syndicate had its own PCOS machines with transmitted prepared election results. He also said that Comelec personnel were part of the operation.
Now, how did Comelec officials take Robin’s fantastic story of nationwide automated cheating?
Chairman Jose Melo merely dismissed it as an attempt to “derail” the canvassing. Commissioner Larrazabal branded it as “hot air”, and spokesman James Jimenez faulted the expose for its “internal inconsistencies”.
Jimenez cited the whistle-blower’s ignorance in spelling PCOS as PICOS.
That story of “koala bear” is pure tale, only idiots will fall for it.
Robin should be shot on sight, along with the syndicate’s mastermind.
I say, shoot that bear!

In December of 2003, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo unexpectedly announced to the nation in her speech at the Rizal Day program, that she was not seeking the presidency in the 2004 election. Two months later she took back her words and said she was running after all.
Anti-Gloria politicians promptly called her a liar, a tag that has haunted her for the rest of her term. They said that she had no word of honor and cannot be trusted.
In this year’s presidential campaign, Noynoy Aquino told the country’s premier business group that, if elected, he would not raise new taxes.
Weeks later, he reversed his position saying that he would resort to new taxes if the country’s financial condition necessitates such action.
Now, what would you call Aquino? A joker, or a liar?
And here is Aquino’s turn-around. After GMA finally named Renato Corona the new Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Aquino declared that he would not take his oath before CJ Corona but before a barangay captain.
Several days later, realizing the folly of his plan, he said that he would swear before an SC associate Justice.
Intelligent people who are intellectually disciplined, think before they open their mouth.
But Noynoy Aquino is different. He opens his mouth without thinking.
