HONORED. Members of the Davao City Council headed by Majority Leader Bernard Al-ag, acting presiding officer in the absence of Vice Mayor Paolo Z. Duterte, honored officers of the Davao City Chamber of Commerce, Inc. for having been installed in the “hall of fame” of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce, Inc. after winning the Most Outstanding Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines award for three consecutive years. (Actually, the DCCCII has won the awards for more than 10 times in the past). DCCCII president Ronald C. Go delivers short speech thanking the Council for honoring the chamber with a resolution recognizing the group’s achievements, a source of pride of Dabawenyos.
