Militant groups and Indigenous Peoples stage a lightning rally in front of the 27th Infantry Battalion headquarters in Tupi, South Cotabato on Human Rights Day, Sunday, December 10, 2017, to protest the December 3 killing of eight Lumads in Barangay Ned, Lake Sebu, South Cotabato. Among those killed were Datu Victor Danyan and his two sons.
