The urban landscape of Durianburg is changing fast with the skies of the city now a host to many residential skyscrapers. Recognising the fast pace of the city’s development, Santos Land, one of Davao’s most dynamic local developers of homes and communities, recently launched their first vertical development the Ivory Residences last October 6 at the Grand Ballroom of the Marco Polo Davao.
Attended by the company’s board of directors, management, brokers and potential buyers, the modern twenty floor development located along J.P. Laurel Avenue is a bold new direction for the company and promises to change the landscape of Davao, giving its residents a life of convenience within the city as it is just within walking-distance of many of Durianburg’s malls and universities.
“Today is so important to Santos Land because we are formally launching our first vertical residential subdivision, the Ivory Residences.” shared SLDI president Tony Boy Domingo in his speech. “There were a number of times in the past that we have attempted to put up a hotel and residential condominium but for so many reasons, valid and imagined, we always ended up putting them off. But now, the somehow elusive dream has come true and we are so privileged, happy and blessed to share this great moment with you.”
Also part of the development is Obsidian Hotel, SLDC’s first foray into the hospitality business. “The close proximity of the hotel to the condo project offers the occupants the best venue for business meetings and superb service.” noted Mr. Domingo.
“We are celebrating our 46th founding anniversary and this project marks another milestone for us. This is the first condo project Santos Land has ventured into and we would like to tell you that we will give it our best efforts with the foremost intention and desire to give our clients the best product and excellent service.” he added.
Congratulations to the Santos Land team for rising up to the challenge and giving Dabawenyos more options to find a place they can call their own.
