Air Asia, the World’s Best Low-Cost Airline by Skytrax for nine years running gave Dabawenyos a celebration to remember as it held its very first Air Asia Red Hot Party in Davao last November 18 at JJ’s Commune.
A collaboration with STRE3TS Urban Lifestyle Pub, Blah blah blah Kitchen and Bar, and The Bright Side, the celebration featured the beats of DJ Niel Recinto and DJ Julian Rodriguez, along with Davao’s favorite bands Anne Mendoza, Thea, and Nairud Sa Wabad. In addition to these local acts is a once in a lifetime performance from Manila DJ, Patty Tiu who riled up the energetic crowd.
All the party-goers had a fun-filled night as they played at the Balloon Burst Game Booth with lucky players winning Air Aisa merchandise and free flights to Manila, Cebu, Clark, Puerto Princessa and Kalibo. There was also free face painting and photo booth where guests can pose for photo
s they can post on their social media.
The party got more exciting as Air Asia gave away freebies to the game winners and free round-trip domestic and international flights to the lucky Dabawenyos.
The Air Asia Red Hot Party is just the beginning of a good relationship between Air Asia and the City of Davao as the airline eyes Davao as one of their next main points of business in the Philippines. Enabling everyone to create wonders while travelling the world.
As of today, Air Asia has five domestic flights from Davao. They now fly from Davao to Kalibo, Puerto Princesa, Cebu, Clark and Manila. I am also excited with the addition of Air Asia’s first international flight from Davao to Kuala Lumpur which will be launched this coming December 2017, connecting Dabawenyos to more destinations across ASEAN.
