URBANISSMO: New horizons at Aeon Bleu

urbanissmo by kenneth irving ongAeon Luxe Properties, Inc. (Aeon Luxe) the property development arm of the FTC Group of Companies, recently held their Christmas party and awarding ceremony for their top performing agents and agencies last December 6 at the Davao Convention Center.

The well-attended Cochella-themed event featured fun music and lots of dancing, but the most exciting bit of the evening was when Aeon Luxe’s vice president for sales Andrew Bautista revealed an exciting new project for the local property developer. Dubbed Aeon Luxe, it is a mixed-use four-tower development which promises inland resort living at the heart of Davao City.

Already known for its skyline-defining flagship project the 33-level Aeon Towers and the pioneer in luxurious and high technology condominium living on Mindanao. Aeon Bleu is designed and planned by LPPA Design Group, Inc., who is responsible for the design of many iconic condo communities around the Philippines.

As described by LPPA’s managing partner and CEO Leo Pariñas, the design of Aeon Bleu evokes terraced mountains with a central water feature created by a medley of themed pools. The curves on the facade of the towers reflect the curves of the Davao River.

Amenities for Aeon Bleu include a SkyDome Club House which houses an indoor basketball court, a mini-theater, children’s playground, game room, restaurants and cafes, and function rooms. For those who love the outdoors, there are four themed pools, a jogging path, a playground, a playpen for cats and dogs, and a boardwalk. There is also a commercial zone where daily needs and services and be availed.

Davao’s skyline is definitely changing, and with the launch of Aeon Bleu, it may seem that this rapid change is just starting and giving Dabawenyo urbanites more choices on the kind of homes and lifestyle they want.

From the concept art, the facility looks very modern. I hope it features an indoor playground as well as the weather there can go hot to rainy in just a matter of hours.
