With the world swooning over the many healthy benefits from Poseidon’s lair, it’s only proper that we give something back to the King of the Sea. Of course, the ultimate question is how? Easiest would be to create delectable dishes from his bounty offering. And this is how Blue Post Boiling Crabs and Shrimps gives back to Poseidon.

This 2018, expect some new additions onto their growing menu. Fresh from the Sea is a collection of fried favorites cooked with a true blooded Filipino palate in mind. Perfect as appetizers, Blue Posts Boiling Crabs and Shrimps encourages to pair these with a glass of cold beer.. or any drink of preference, if you may. One good pair is their lime mixed drink that enhances the flavours rather than overpower them.

The new additions will surely have you in an ultimate seafood craving. Salmon, being a most sought after amongst everyone, can be enjoyed either grilled or fried. Of the two, the salmon remained juicy and surprisingly no trace of the sea. Want an added depth on your salmon? Ask for a wedge of lemon, squeeze over the fish and enjoy with some crispy garlic bites. And yeah, you are welcome.

Whole crab too much work for your delicate hands and growling tummy? Their bucket of crispy crablets is just the one you need. Best way to enjoy these babies (literally!) is to dump the whole bucket onto your table and eat. Just don’t forget the vinegar on the side.

Crablets not your cup of tea? Then their bucket of crispy fried baby octopus is a perfect conversation piece for a night of relaxation. Notwithstanding their cuteness, these baby octopus are as much fun in the palate as they are on the table. Though fried, they are still soft to the core. Not even rubbery — as expected.

Any seafood feast won’t be complete without the presence of oysters. Hail to these better-eaten-when-fresh bounty but is still as-delicious-when-grilled-and-topped-with-cheese.
