Marco Polo Davao formally introduces Mr. Renato “Rene” Gargallo as Restaurant, Bar & Events (RBE) Manager to Davao media and social media influencers at Polo Bistro.
Rene brings with him over 15 years of experience in food and beverage industry. With 13 years of strong focus on hotel’s food and beverage operations, he was most recently connected with Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager prior joining Marco Polo Davao.
Rene’s experience as Operations Manager and Outlet Manager in Shangri-La Boracay for eight years, Assistant Manager and Supervisor with other premier hotel brands such as Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Hyatt Hotel and Casino for four years and his bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management will be key to sustaining the competitive momentum of the Marco Polo Davao.
“The RBE team of the Marco Polo Davao is in good shape, but I believe I can bring it up some more by enhancing the people skills of our associates,” said Rene “I want to bring out the best in our associates for them to shine and not to be shy when interacting with our guests.”
