Camella Homes, one of the biggest developing companies in the country is giving back to everyone who patronized them over more than 40 years throug a month-long celebration of the National Camella Day (NCD).
Davao is the second leg of the celebration wherein stakeholders from all over Mindanao commemorate Camella’s four decades in the real estate industry with fun-filled activies at the Lanang Business Park.
Mindanao Operations Head Marlon Niño Escalicas says Camella wants to send their heartfelt gratitude to Davao for its undisputed support for the largest homebuilder in the Philippines.
“We want to hightlight the leadership of Camella through a thanksgiving to our valued homeonwner, buyers, investors for patronizing us and supporting us throughout the years,” Escalicas said during the opening of the NCD Davao.
NCD kicked off with a motorcade, followed by a ribbon cutting of the The Camella Banquetto, food booth for attendees craving for some Pinoy food delicacies and dessert.
One of the highlights of the event is the launch of the Lessandra Series or L-Series, Camella’s new house model, made affordable to the younger ones for as low as 9-10k a month, ‘millenials’ can now afford to buy a house for their family and for themselves.
“Contrary to the thinking that Camella is expensive or at high cost, right now we have a home series that even the young professionals here and abroad, can now afford a home through the L-series,” Escalicas said.
Also part of the whole day celebration is Camellas Got Talents and “Hataw Dabaw”, a cheer dance competition. Prizes and surprise were also given to the lucky participants, which added the fun.
Capping off the event are live performances from the hottest Pinoy acts right now, namely, the Boy Band PH, The Voice Kids Grand Champion Jona Soquite, and Asia’s Got Talent finalists Neil Rey Llanes and DM-X Comvaleñoz. Online sensation Randolf Valmoria brought in some laughs with his funny sketches.
National Camella Day was first celebrated in 2017 at Taguig. Fast forward to this year, aside from Davao, other parts of the country have been one with Camella in celebrating their more than 40 year milestone including Butuan, Cavite and last stop, Cavite on August 25.
Camella Homes, a Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc. owned company continues to dominate the real estate game by providing affordable housing in the Philippines.
