Much ado about meat and more at Mindanao Butchers & Co.

Just recently, Mindanao Butchers & Co., Inc. opened their deli and commissary at the K7 Building along J.P. Laurel Ave., in Lanang with friends and business partners attending. The brainchild of Davao and Manila entrepreneurs namely Carlo Lorenzana, Bobby Tenchavez, Rafael Del Rosario, Sandro Gonzalez and Anon Lopez, Mindanao Butchers & Co., Inc. supplies quality cuts of meat from the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, and Brazil to the local market.

Carmina del Rosario, Mindanao Butcher’s manager shares that the company aims to provide the high quality meats for the food service industry as well as for private consumers who want a taste of prime steaks.

Aside from selling meats, Mindanao Butchers is also the exclusive distributor of Tierra de España products such as Jamon Serrano and Iberico, Chorizo de Pamplona, Chorizo de Bilbao, Chistorra la Reina, Lomo, as well as Queso Manchego.

Also stocked on Mindanao Butcher’s shelves are Lagarde Wines as well as prepared food such as Crazy Cook’s famous Balbacua, Smoked Fish and Truffle Cheese pates.

“We opened the deli because we wanted a space where people can visit to buy that perfect steak or to find that specific ingredient they need,” said Carlo “people can also drop by and order tapas paired together with wine.”
