February is upon us and, as all Dabawenyos know, it is the month when love is in the air for couples and singletons alike.
Love, after all, is not just about romantic relationships. It is not limited to lovers alone but extends to family and friends as well.
Fresh off their inclusion to Tatler Dining’s Best Restaurants in the Philippines event earlier this week, Seda Abreeza rolled out its Valentine’s Day offerings dubbed “Say Eat With Love.”
First-off is Seda Abreeza’s 5-course wine dinner at the T’nlak function room which will be made more intimate with candlelight and flowers, perfect for that special intimate moment. The dinner starts with a Smoked Salmon, Cucumber Salad with Lemon Honey Dressing, this is then followed by a delicious Parmesan Tomato Basil Soup paired with a Mozzarella, Chili, Flatbread Stick. The main course is a seafood plate of Pan-seared Tiger Prawns served with Potatoes, Greens, Mushroom, Spring Pea Truffle Sauce.
The highlight of the dinner is the carvery station featuring the hotel’s signature Angus Roast Beef and pasta trolley, and the dessert buffet which features a spread of delightful treats such as Lamington Cake Bars, Vanilla Buttercream, Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse Cake, Heart Croquembouche, and a Caramel Kitkat Fudge Cake. Each course of the 5-course dinner is expertly paired with wines chosen to compliment each course making it a wonderful dinner experience.
For those who would like to celebrate Valentine’s with friends and family, Seda Abreeza also offers a dinner buffet at its all-day dining restaurant Misto.
The dinner buffet will also offer Angus Roast Beef and a massive dessert spread together with dishes like Garlic Butter Mushroom Pork, Cheese, Bacon, and Chicken Rolls, Fish Piccata , and Seafood Saffron Cream Sauce Linguine, all prepared by the hotel’s executive sous chef Giovanna “Bang” Sibala and her culinary team.
The wine dinner is at Php 2480 nett per person with prior reservations required. While the dinner buffet is at Php 1780 nett per person for adults and Php 880 nett for kids.
There are also Valentine room packages offered from February 10-17, 2019 starting at Php 5,800 nett, with pralines and a bottle of wine. For February 14, a special room and dinner package is available at Php 9,800 nett inclusive of overnight accommodation in a Deluxe Room; buffet breakfast for two; valentine dinner for two adults; and pralines and a bottle of wine for the guests.
