One Lakeshore Drive tops off

THE recent topping off ceremony of Suntrust Properties Inc (SPI) signifies that the first tower of One Lakeshore Drive is structurally finished and unit owners can look forward to occupying their new homes.

The ceremony was highlighted with a symbolic throwing of spade of concrete led by SPI President Lawyer Harrison Paltongan.

“The topping off signifies that the building is complete structurally and our contractors are coming in to finish the walls, windows, mechanical and electrical requirements,” Paltongan told brokers, agents, and guests in his message.

SPI, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of property giant Megaworld known for building upscale condominiums, committed to deliver a “madayaw” or beautiful tower for their customers.

“Sometimes the beauty does not just come overnight but it is painted like a beautiful painting that would come out to be the best. You might have waited for a longer time but what is important is what you have forever that you can give to your children and grandchildren,” he said.

SPI officials namely Executive Vice President Deanna Jean Claveria, First Vice President for Sales and Marketing Jerry Rubis, Vision Properties Development President Paul Tanchi, contractors, joint venture partner Dakudao and Sons President Lawyer Raymond Dakudao, Lanang Premier Doctors Hospital Chairman Lemuel Podador, Suntrustees, and brokers came to celebrate the completion of the tower.
