With a glamorous Fashion Runway theme, the event gathered the real estate company’s esteemed broker partners, property specialists, and executives for a night of recognition, gratitude, and inspiration.
The highlight of the evening was the prestigious “Top Realty of the Year” award, which was presented to Property Providers, acknowledging their unparalleled achievements and contributions throughout 2024. Additionally, the event honored the Top 10 Property Specialists, Unit Managers, and Realty Agencies, celebrating the remarkable work of ALPI’s dedicated partners.
Further amplifying the evening’s excitement was the turnover of a car incentive to a qualified seller who accomplished a single-unit sale of Aeon Towers—underscoring ALPI’s commitment to rewarding excellence. This initiative reflects the company’s drive to motivate its network by offering meaningful and high-value incentives to its partners.
Beyond the big wins, ALPI expressed gratitude to all brokers by rolling out additional incentives, including gadget incentives, Christmas “Habol Benta” gift certificates, and the Brokers Bonus for strong performance during November.
