Military nurse corpse killed in Sulu crash, now in Davao City

Remains of the Davaoeña military nurse, who died in the aircraft accident in Patikulu, Sulu, arrived on Friday at Davao Air Station in Barangay Sasa, Davao City.

The corpse of 1Lt Sheena Alexandrea Tato was welcomed by her father, Wilfredo Tato, and Col. Jesus Nelson Morales PAF (GSC), deputy wing commander of Tactical Operations Wing Eastern Mindanao (TOWEASTMIN).

Full military honors were accorded to 1LT Tato during her arrival at the air station.

After the arrival rites, the remains was brought to her residence in Ecoland, Davao City.

1Lt Tato was one of the hundred passengers of the C-130 aircraft that crashed in Patikul, Sulu on July 4, 2021.

According to the post of the TOWEASTMIN, Tato was designated as a Duty Nurse-In-Charge in Air Evacuation Section assigned at Air Force General Hospital, 520th Air Base Wing, Col Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City as.
