Rigo formally turned over the Kawasaki CT 100 equipment, consisting of a police siren with public address system and mic, front blinker, beacon light, stainless steel front crash guard, and stainless steel pole stand, to the barangay captains.
Rigo urged the barangay police to use motorcycles for reinforcement duties like helping the authorities patrol their area of responsibility (AOR), chasing offenders, and providing general security.
Rigo also thanked the barangay police for doing their service, saying that acquiring the new motorcycle equipment would strengthen their competence to prevent and respond to street crimes in their respective AOR.
