Davao City First District Representative Paolo “Pulong” Duterte provided relief and cash assistance to the victims of the recent fire incident in Barangay Talomo Proper, Davao City.
Rodrigo “Rigo” Duterte, representing Rep. Pulong, led the distribution of assistance to the 15 families who were displaced after a man allegedly set his house on fire.
The families received food packs, water containers, bottled water, and cash aid through the Pulong Pulong ni Pulong (PPP) program.
Grateful for the people’s continuous support of his father and the Duterte family, Rigo confirmed their commitment to help those affected by unfortunate events promptly.
He said the First Congressional District Office of Davao City is always open to everyone who needs help.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Davao, the fire spread quickly as the houses were made of light materials.
Eight houses were razed to the ground while four others were partially damaged.
