UPBEAT. Department of Labor and Employment 11 assistant director Jason Balais bares that the employment rate in Davao Region reached 96.4 percent according to the latest report of the National Statistics Office and minimum wage in the region will increase effective this month from P317 to P335 plus P5 COLA.
