This October, the World Wide Fund for Nature Philippines (WWF-Philippines) and UnionBank of the Philippines releases the WWF-UnionBank Affinity Cards to enable consumers and cardholders to develop a closer link with the environmental conservation organization’s cause.
 The WWF-UnionBank affinity cards come feature four iconic species that embody the magnificence of our biodiversity: Panda, Dolphin, Green Sea Turtle and Whale Shark.
 Says Reggie Olalia, WWF-Philippines’ Vice President for Marketing and Corporate Relations, “The affinity cards we share with UnionBank allow you to be part of the solution and share the WWF global network’s commitment to protect our living planet.”
Those who apply for a WWF-UnionBank Affinity Card can be directly part of WWF-Philippines’ conservation mission. This is because 0.5% of every retail spend will be donated to WWF-Philippines’ programs on environmental sustainability, biodiversity conservation, local species protection and climate change adaptation in 13 project sites across the country.
UnionBank has likewise waived the annual membership fee for the first year! For the following year, half of the cardholder’s annual membership fee will go to WWF-Philippines.
For every enrolled auto-charge donation, a cardholder will get a free PHP 300 Panda Gift Certificate, which entitles the bearer to PHP 300 worth of merchandise from WWF-Philippines’ The Panda Shop. Cardholders who get merchandise from The Panda Shop also get a 10% discount.
