THE CRIME SCENE. Fish scattered at the area where fish seller Larry Buenafe was hit by shrapnel from an improvised explosive device which was set off by the blocking force of the New People’s Army (NPA) after setting the Lapanday plants on fire last Saturday in Mandug, Davao City.
