The Davao Doctors Hospital officially launched its mobile clinic to extend a primary care and provide quality health care on-site through the regions.
Raymund Del Val, DDH president and chief executive officer said that the mobile clinic and the other four new facilities namely the HMO Hub, the MRI unit, Spine and Scoliosis Center, and the Liver Center are now conveniently located at the ground floor to cut the hassle for the patients to go upstairs.
“The mobile clinic will not be parked in a single area but will be moving around the city, especially in the southern area like Dumoy as it is one of the most populous areas in the city,” said Del Val.
He said the Mobile Clinic will share health care service to the community so that who need to go to the hospital won’t need to travel far downtown and instead can be catered to at their mobile clinic.
Dr. Villanueva said the objective of having this mobile clinic is to extend the hospital’s services to its people, serve its corporate partners outside the city, and hopefully will also serve the Ciudades Township facility in Buhangin soon from time to time.
“The different between our mobile clinic to other is, we complementing our strategy which is reaching out to community,” said Del Val.
According to Erian Rasonabe- Papica said that their target markets for their mobile clinic are for all companies with or without accreditation and for private companies and government offices.
She also added that their clients can pay in advance and avail their discount,If their clients wish to be there for their services.
“ The key differentiator of our mobile clinic is, we have full automated diagnostic laboratory, digital and filmlessx-ray procedure, fast and accurate results, best medical professionals, accessibility and personalize services,” said Papica.
She added that the services offered are CBC, Urinalysis, Stool Examination, Chest X-ray and history and physical examination.
“We have also optional procedure if our client request for ECG, FBS, Creatinine, Uric Acid, ALT, Ultrasound of Gall Blader, Liver, Pancreas and Kidney, Hepa B test like HBsAg are also requested treated as add-on.
Papica said that for their corporate partners would like to extend their services in their sites there will be a MOA signing for the test package details including add-on test and it will be forwarded to their Mobile Clinic coordinator for scheduling test date
“Results will be available with-in 3-5 working dayas for regular procedure such as X-ray, CBC, urine and stoll exam. 7 working days for results that nees interpretation from our consultatnts like drug test, PFT and others, and physical exam will still be done on site once all results are in, “ she said.
