The Focus Global Incorporated in partnership with Citi Hardware has launched an innovative kitchen sink appliance that will lessen the food waste disposition in the landfills.
The InSinkErator food waste disposer was introduced at The Marco Polo Davao to the Davao City households last Friday.
During the launching, Chef Jhun Jovero, corporate chef of Barrio Bistro demonstrated the ease of cleaning up food wastes while preparing the meals and after the meals.
The food waste disposer can grind and turn the food wastes such as bones and fibrous fruits into liquid waste. It deals with food wastes hygienically as the waste will be easily disposed rather than those in solid form that could invite more insect that contaminate the sinks.
The product offers not only a practical and contemporary convenience but also provide an environmental solution to the growing problem of solid waste disposal.
There are two models of InSinkErator available in the market, the Evolution 200 and Evolution 100 which will give more powerful and quiet operation than the other.
Based on their product brochure, these models are built with new technologies that can grind even the most difficult food wastes such as bones and peelings.
It states that the safety on using the product would not be a problem since it uses a grinding rings which safer than the blades.
The InSinkErator food waste disposers are available in all Citi Hardware branches in Davao City.
