Congressman Jericho “Koko” Nograles announced the opening of 2000 seats in the upcoming “Oplan Kabuhayan Jobs Fair: TRABAHO PARA SA TANAN” at Brgy. Baliok, Talomo District Davao City.
It will be conducted at the Baliok Elementary School covered court on March 25, Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM.
During Kapehan sa Apo View, the Pwersa ng Bayaning Atleta (PBA) Partylist representative said 50 to 60 companies have confirmed to participate on the jobs fair.
“These are mostly BPOs, skilled workers here and abroad, and heavy machinery,” said Nograles.
The representative advised interested applicants to bring their resume and other credentials.
Aside from the jobs fair, a medical mission will also be conducted in partnership with Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC).
The activity, headed by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) – Davao and sponsored by 1st District Representative of Davao City Karlo Alexei B. Nograles in partnership with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), Pwersa ng Bayaning Atleta (PBA) Partylist headed by Assistant Majority Leader Jericho Nograles, and the Barangay Council of Brgy. Baliok, aims to provide employment to jobless citizens.
