Real estate developer Cebu Landmasters, Inc., together with Yuson Comm Investments formally launched their first project under the joint venture Yuson Excellence Soberano, Inc. (YES Inc.) – the MesaTierra Garden Residences at Marco Polo Hotel on Monday, March 20.
“What would differentiate MesaTierra Garden Residences from other condominiums is its emphasis on environment. One deserves a home in a garden enclave in the midst of a busy metropolis. We want to be able to give our clients the best experience,” said Jose Soberano III, president and Chief Executive Officer of Cebu Landmasters.
The 5,905 square meter green residential condominium which will be located at Emilio Jacinto Extension, has 22-storeys with 694 residential units and 259 parking units and also, garden-inspired amenities like swimming pools, a sky garden, landscape areas, exercise station, fitness gym and playground.

MesaTierra Garden studio units are priced between P1.6-2.5 million while 1 bedroom units are priced between P3.3-4 million. Showrooms for their sample units will be available within the Sutherland building complex will be available on May.
During the press conference, Jose Soberano said that as of March 2017, 80 per cent of their units were already sold. According to him, most buyers, who came from Davao City and overseas, preferred to choose MesaTierra because of its closeness to hospitals, banks, schools, malls and major establishments.
The target date for MesaTierra’s groundbreaking ceremony will be on the second week of May this year and the turnover of the units will be expected during the first quarter of the year 2020.
