Security Bank Corporation (SBC) wins a Special Citation Award on Industrial Peace and Harmony during the recently held Kapatiran sa Industriya (KAPATID) awarding ceremony at the 38th National Conference of Employers held at the Marriott Hotel Manila.
The Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) awarded the Bank for its success to nurture a proactive and harmonious labor group-management relationship empowering employees to make wise decisions and maintain an open communication line within the organization.

The Bank has been successful in organizing community engagement activities where employees volunteer through the Security Bank Foundation, Inc.
