David said that Vice Cosmetics is already a PETA-certified cruelty-free and paraben-free brand debuts with two promising collections, with interesting and playful shade names given by the creative force behind it, none other than Vice Ganda.
“Cruelty free make up, make sure that the products can stand on its own and it is so good quality and PETA- certification was approved last August 2017 in US, the formulation is suited for Filipinos, we like thing like matte that is not heavy when you applied and where your comfortable, ” she said.
