Davao City Water District’s Bajada office resumes operations on February 8, 2022 following its temporary closure due to disinfection activities.
With this, the schedule of offices is as follows: DCWD Matina and Bajada offices (Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM) and Toril office (Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) are open to accept water bill payments and customer service requests, while SM Lanang collection center (Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) is open to accept water bill payments only.
Meanwhile, DCWD’s collection centers in NCCC-VP Mall and Felcris Centrale remain closed until further notice. Online water bill payment channels are also available via Landbank iAccess, Link.Biz Portal, and GCash.
