A new milestone is set to take part in the future of housing and development in Davao City. From what started out as a dream, Aeon Luxe Properties now proudly introduces its newest residential sanctuary, the Aeon Blue, the city’s first mixed community of a hotel, service apartment, residential and commercial establishment. Everything is placed in one location.
Aeon Luxe Properties Regional Sales Manager Andrew Bautista mentioned the distinctness of Aeon Blue from other residential hotel – it has a smart home system and a fiber optic backbone. “Davao should expect something that they haven’t seen before. Davao deserves more than what they have now,” Bautista proudly shared.
The project is set to be built in Bacaca Road, Davao City starting the last quarter of the year. “We want to build a prime property within the city, to give them an urbanized work play and live lifestyle,” Bautista further added.
This was launched at the Madayaw Dabaw Acquaintance Soiree, during the 33rd Kadayawan Festival at the Jade Function Room of the Marco Polo Davao last August 18, 2018.

Also present during the event was Bruce Musick, Vanguard Hotels Founder and CEO. Musick shared about the overview of condominiums in the Philippines which gave the guests a better understanding of how this kind of industry works in the country.
Meanwhile, Aeon’s other project, Aeon Towers, is targeted to be completed and turned over December of this year.
The high-rise 33-storey tower along J.P. Laurel Avenue will consist of commercial areas and residential condominium units. This will be a high-end project complete with prime amenities and will offer a majestic view of Davao Gulf and Mt. Apo.
