For some reason, it had been a while since I last visited the Garden City of Singapore. While there were many plans to return and explore Singapore with its many interesting boroughs and fun attractions, none have pushed through until just recently on a quick birthday escape thanks to BDO’s Travel Sale and SilkAir.

Every time I travel, I always check for the best spots to efficiently enjoy a destination and with many hotels in Singapore finding the right one can be a daunting task with local and international brands competing to be your travel home-base. While there are many newer properties in and around the core of Singapore not many can offer a good balance of location, price, and amenities, like the Swissotel Merchant Court can.
