The City Government of Davao on Friday, December 27, 2024, turned over more new vehicles and heavy equipment of various configurations to its seven departments and offices.
Thirty-eight of the newly acquired vehicles will be under the care of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO), the City Engineer’s Office (CEO), the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), the City Transport and Traffic Management Office (CTTMO), the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Task Force Davao, and the Davao City Police Office (DCPO).
Three units of ambulance with advance cardiac life support were also given to the CDRRMO.
Four units of wheel type excavator, three units of 10-wheeler dump truck, four units of six-wheeler dump truck and one unit of multi-purpose vehicle were turned over to the CEO.
One van, open dump truck, and three units of dump trucks were given to CENRO.
Three units of mobile emergency vehicles were given to the CTTMO.
The BFP and the TF Davao got one fiber boat each while five units of disaster-response truck, four units of 4×4 vehicle, and four units of fiber boat were given to the DCPO.
