GENSAN VISIT. General Santos City Mayor Ronnel Rivera is received by Capt. Brendo J. Casaclang, commander of the BRP Andres Bonifacio (FF-17), during its port call at Makar Wharf on January 25. The BRP Andres Bonifacio is the third Gregorio del Pilar-class frigate to be commissioned by the Philippine Navy.
