BIRTHING CENTER. Dr. Arvin Alejandro (3rd from right), provincial health officer of Sarangani province, together with Robinson Tao (center), barangay captain of Baliton, Glan and Dr. Gliceria Corsame (2nd from left), municipal health officer of Glan cut the ceremonial ribbon to officially open a birthing home worth P1.7 million funded by the Department of Health (DOH) and the provincial government.
