Highway Patrol Group (HPG) 11 operations chief Senior Inspector Pedro Campomanes says a total of 76 violators were apprehended on the road clearing operation of the Highway Patrol Group at the Diversion Road since May 25, 2018 as ordered by President Duterte. Campomanes also said during this week’s AFP-PNP Press Corps media forum at The Royal Mandaya Hotel that violators were issued with Temporary Operating Permit (TOP) and Notice of Alarm.
