Aeon Towers, the 33-level skyscraper project of Aeon Luxe Properties, has released its latest update on its construction works.
According to Aeon Luxe, the iconic skyscraper masterpiece along Jose P. Laurel Street in Davao City, is on track for its completion early next year. Based on the Monthly Progress Keyplan Report released by its project engineers on June 30, the Aeon Towers project has accomplished 83.04 percent of civil works.
“We are happy to announce that we are closing on on the homestretch for the building’s completion,” said Aeon Luxe Properties CEO Ian Y. Cruz. “We reaffirm our commitment to our clients to provide them a quality product at the end of this project.”
Aeon also said that 50.64 percent of the building’s painting has been accomplished so far, 69.27 percent for interior partition, 50.40 percent for ceiling works, and 42.28 for curtain wall. For plumbing works, the completion rate is now at 52.07 percent while the fire protection works is at 73.55 percent. The air conditioning piping was also placed at 41.50 percent.
Poised to become the tallest building in Mindanao by far, Aeon Towers is moving through to its external and internal phases of construction with its UV glass panels encasing 360-degrees of the building. Inside, the construction of the residential units are also heading through the finer details like cabinet fixtures and toilets and bathrooms.
The turnover of the highly anticipated residential and commercial building is expected early 2019 based on forecast given by the firm’s construction arm.
Aeon Towers boasts of residential condominium units, a luxury hotel to be operated by an international hotel chain, BPO center, restaurant, shops, fitness gym, jogging path, offices, and the breath-taking skydeck with infinity pool resembling that of the Marina Bay Sands of Singapore.
