Senate aspirant Bong Go, the President’s former close aide, just got accusers in the “Ang Totoong Narco List” (The True Narcolist) exposed of their lies.
On Wednesday before members of the media, Go took off his shirt obligingly and showed his tattoo-free back.
Now what, Bikoy or whoever is behind him?
That should shut the accusers up who linked Go along with their earlier episode linking presidential son Paolo Duterte to the illegal drugs trade.
A video titled “Ang Totoong Narco List (The True Narcolist) – Episode 3” claimed that Go, a longtime aide of President Rodrigo Duterte, has four local bank accounts where drug money is allegedly funneled. The video also alleged that Go uses the codename “TESOROGOLF-TSG-002” and has a dragon tattoo on his back. An earlier video, “Ang Totoong Narcolist (The True Narcolist)-Episode 1” earlier circulated on social media shows a man in a hoodie named “Bikoy”, claiming that presidential son and former Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo “Pulong” Duterte received payoffs from a drug syndicate.
With Go proving the accusations in the video wrong, it also logically puts the earlier claims of Paolo Duterte’s dragon tattoo as just another piece of black propaganda. The accusers balked in implicating Go whose back-bearing revelation just brought down its integrity. The blocks are now starting to crumble.
While Paolo Duterte will never, as he has strongly refused to give in, show his back, is of no moment now as it must be incumbent upon the accusers to prove by their own evidence their claims of links to the illegal drugs trade by the former and Go. They cannot just fish for evidence in the manner they are doing with the orchestrated videos. If these claims are well-founded and those behind them have the evidence to back it up, the proper forum is the courts, not Paolo’s back.
