Hundreds of children from Davao City and some parts of Mindanao gather for the 3rd Mindanao Children’s Festival at the Grand Men Seng Hotel, Davao City. This year’s theme is “Makiisa, Makilahok sa Pagtaguyod ng Karapatan ng mga Bata Tungo sa Pagbabago”.
