United Inventors, Innovators Organizations of the Philippines chair Virgilio Sangutan says the organization proposes to the Department of Agriculture (DA) the revitalization of lemongrass and seaweeds farming . Sangutan also said during the Kapehan sa Dabaw at the Annex of SM City Davao on Monday that inventors developed a technology that will help farmers grow lemongrass and seaweeds efficiently and effectly.
