Aeon Luxe Properties Incorporated (ALPI) held its ceremonial topping off for the two towers of its condominium project, Aeon Bleu Residences, led by President and CEO Ian Y. Cruz on Friday, September 20, 2024. The project is a six-tower mixed-use development, which will be comprised of two residential towers, one condotel, one corporate tower, Club Aeon, and one future development.
