Avida Land Corp., the mid range brand of property giant Ayala Land Inc., continues its foray into the condo segment with the launch of its second residential project, Avida Towers Abreeza, located in Abreeza District.
Abreeza District a joint venture between Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) and Anflo Management and Investment Corporation (Anflocor) is an estate project of Ayala Land that is strategically located along JP laurel Ave. The 10 hectare development has a mix of residential and commercial components namely Abreeza Residences, Abreeza Place and Patio Suites by Alveo; Ayala Malls Abreeza, Seda Hotel and Corporate Center. The launch of Avida Towers Abreeza will increase the total development of Abreeza District to 12 Hectares.
Avida Towers Abreeza, a condominium residential development located along JP Laurel Ave. will be launching its first tower with 736 residential units, 23 residential floors and three podium parking floors. Catering to value conscious young professionals with a busy lifestyle that imbibes the progressive growth of Davao City , Avida Towers Abreeza will offer units ranging from 22 sqm to 52 sqm units with unit prices starting at Php2.9 million.
The project also aims to make life easier for its residents by providing essential systems such as back-up power, 24/7 security, Fire Systems and waste disposal systems among others says Avida Land Assistant Vice President of Project and Strategic Management Group Herbert Herrero.
Herrero added that “ Government’s efforts on Tax reform and its commitment to infrastructure investments keep the trajectory of the Philippine Economy positive and will continue to increase domestic consumption and encourage investment. With this, Avida is looking to further expand its presence in the next five years by potentially offering horizontal subdivision developments in Davao Region.
Avida Towers Abreeza has already generated approximately Php705M of revenue or equivalent to 180 units for its first tower.
