Three nabbed for stealing

Three children in conflict with law (CICL)  who are also members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender(LGBT) community were arrested yesterday for stealing on Wednesday.

Police identified the complainants as Christian Domondonm 27,male, single;  William Columba, 33, male, single, Kenneth Ilano, 26, male, single;  Rolando Desabayla, 38, male, married Joseph Reyes, 34, male, single;  Pee Jay Geralla, 28, male, married and Paul Jayson Gerallana, 27, single.

All  are vendors, residents of Caloocan City but who are presently residing at Victory Street Balusong, Matina of this city.

They reported to Talomo Police station that allegedly when they woke up around 3:00 in the morning of the same day, they discovered that the screen of the window of their rented place was forcibly removed and their personal belongings were  nowhere to be found.

Upon the follow up operation, minors identified as alias “Josh”, male, 15, alias “Cesar”, male, 13, both grade eight students and both residents  of Phase 1, Doña Pillar Village, Sasa Davao City and alias “Noel” , male , 15 and out of school youth and resident of KM 5 Guadalupe Village, Barangay MatinaPangi, Davao City were arrested.

Chief Inspector Ronald Lao, Talomo Police Station commander told Edge Davao that the cash reported stolen were worth P10,000 but only P800 was returned.

“CICL were already discerned by the social worker and case of robbery was filed through inquest proceeding,” Lao said.

Recovered from their possession are one unit of Oppo F1F and one P500, one unit Samsung J7 Pro, one unit Oppo F7, one unit Oppo F5, P300, one unit Vivo V9, one unit Huawei GR5 and one piece wedding ring  and P300.
