A teenager was found dead at the back of the house of a certain Aida B. Yap along Purok 13D, Block 18, Lot 2, Veterans Village, Panacan Davao City on Monday.
The body was identified as alias Jun-jun, 15, male, single, resident of Purok 13-D, Block 9, Lot 2, Veterans Village, Panacan Davao City.
Investigation revealed that on or about 4:45 PM of the same date, when the aforesaid house owner Aida Yap went at the back of their house to pluck Moringa leaves, she spotted a body of a male person lying on the ground, prompting her to report it immediately to their purok leader.
The Scene of Crime Operatives (SOCO) Team investigating the crime scene was lead by Chief Inspector Armando F Galigo Jr. in their further examination of the body, they discovered that the body sustained three stab wounds at the back of the body causing he victim’s death.
The motive is yet to be determined.
A follow-up investigation is conducted by Sasa Police Station personnel to identify and apprehend suspect.
Sasa Police Station also requested the Regional Crime Laboratory Office (RCLO) 11 to conduct an autopsy of the victim’s body.
The body now lies at Rivera Funeral Parlor, Km. 12, Panacan Davao City.
