A short downpour did not dampen the spirit of the employees of homegrown BPO company, Six Eleven Global Services, as it recently kicked off its 2025 drove.
Garbed in their best retro outfits, employees dazzled as they resonated the vintage vibe in the party dubbed The Extra Mile: Winning Together, A Six Eleven: Retro Bash held at the parking area of Luxebridge Hotel Davao in Ma-a.
This year’s theme combined the vibrant energy of retro style with their shared journey of success.
It was an unforgettable celebration that blended nostalgia with fun, and dressing up.
The dance competition by the different departments was intense. The employees were on fire as they competed in the contest showcasing their best dance moves.
A wide variety of food and beverages, thrilling entertainment, and special prizes were also part of the celebration.
“At Six Eleven, we believe that success is never a solo journey, it’s a collective effort driven by passion, collaboration, and perseverance,” said Careen Lim-Hao Bian, vice president of Six Eleven in her message.
Hao-Bian emphasized that winning together isn’t just a goal but a mindset that inspires the employees to uplift one another, celebrate every achievement, and face challenges as a united team.
The affair also highlighted the commitment and contributions of the Six Eleven employees who were recognized for reaching 10 and 15 years of service.
Six Eleven has always been driven by “Extra Mile,” reflecting its unwavering commitment to exceeding client expectations in both service and engagement.
“Over the past year, we achieved remarkable milestones, including client growth, increased capacity, and notable recognitions,” Hao-Bian said.
The BPO company was recognized as Best in Employee Engagement and Fastest Growing Local IT at the Innovation Summit 2024 hosted by the Davao City Chamber of Commerce IT-BPM in November last year.
